A new central library located in district of downtown undergoing massive transformation. The library has very high sustainability goals and must meet a minimum of LEED-BD&C Silver certification.

Austin Community College Elgin Campus, Egin, TX, 2011-

A new campus for ACC representing the first phase of the campus master plan. The project is required to achieve a LEED-BD&C Silver certification.

Gables Park Plaza Tower, Austin, TX, 2011-

High-rise residential tower going into one of the most vibrant and transformative parts of downtown. The project is pursuing both LEED-BD&C  and AEGBP certification.

Seaholm Intake Structure, Austin, TX, 2011

HOLOS provided a feasibility study and set of sustainability recommendation for the adaptive reuse of this building.
